The heart of this process is to recognise gifts and transmute intergenerational patterns
from your maternal and paternal lineages;
your biological parents and grandparents.
This process can be done regardless of the level of closeness, connection, disconnection or estrangement.
I hope this guide supports the recognition of taonga, of a treasure; treasures often kick up dust and are forgotten or overlooked before they are claimed.
